The main central chamber is crafted from high-density aerated foam, encased within a durable webbed vinyl cover to withstand intense strikes with minimal movement. When the base is filled with dry sand or water, it offers a stable 117kg ballast that stays put even during your toughest workouts.

This complete package comes with the body, inner tube, base, and fixings. The upper section weighs 10kg, and the unfilled base weighs 7kg. When fully filled, the base adds approximately 107kg, bringing the total weight to 117kg.
